Leads
Advanced lead filters in Leadnote
Combine filters for potential, tags, deal size, lead score, follow-up dates, activity, custom fields and location to build exact lead lists, then save them.
The filter panel on the Leads & Customers screen lets you combine many conditions to build an exact list of leads. Tick or choose what you want, and the list updates immediately. Use it together with the four menus above the leads (list, stage, source, user) described in search and filter leads.
Open the panel
On wide screens the panel sits at the left of the leads. Click Hide Filters or Show Filters to collapse it. On narrow screens, click Filters to open it as a drawer. Sections open and close like an accordion, and a number badge on a section shows how many conditions are active in it.
Use Find Filter Criteria to jump to a section by typing, for example, "city" or "birthday". If nothing matches, Leadnote suggests terms such as country, organization, status, source, tags and potential.

Frequently asked questions
How do filters combine?
Conditions from different sections are combined, so a lead must satisfy all of them. Within one menu such as Tags or Stage, a lead matches if it has any of the values you ticked.
How do I find leads that are overdue for a follow-up?
Open the Follow-up section of the filter panel and choose Overdue. Choose No Follow-up Date to find leads that were never scheduled.
Can I filter on a custom field?
Yes. Open the Custom Fields section, choose the field, a condition such as Equals or Contains and a value, then click Add Filter. You can add several.
Where do the filters go when I leave the page?
Filters apply to the screen you are on. To keep a combination, use Save Current Filter and reload it later from Saved Filters.
