Pricing questions
How does per-user pricing work?
You pay for each user who can sign in. Customers and leads are never counted as users, and you can add or remove people at any time. Changes are prorated to the day.
Do I need a card to start?
No. Free needs nothing and paid plans start with a 14 day trial. We ask for payment details only when you choose to keep a paid plan.
What counts as a lead?
Any record in your pipeline that has not been deleted. Archived leads do not count toward the Free plan limit of 100 leads.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade whenever you need more, or downgrade at the end of a billing period. Downgrading never deletes data; features above your plan become read-only.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards, and in India UPI and net banking, through our secure payment partners. You get a GST tax invoice for every payment from your billing page.
What if I am not happy?
Read our refund policy for the details. In short, if the product is not right for you in the first 30 days of a paid plan, ask and we will refund it.
Do you offer discounts?
Yearly billing saves about 16 percent. Non-profits and schools can ask us about additional discounts.
