Account Insights - usage, plan and records summary
Account Insights gives Owners and Managers a one-page health check of the Leadnote account, covering recent usage, plan, records, users and invoices.
On this page
Account Insights is a one-page summary of your Leadnote account: how recently and how much it is used, which plan you are on, how many records you hold, and who your users are. Only Account Owners and Managers can open it. Open Settings, find the Account Insights section, and click the Account Insights card. Account Insights is a web page and is not in the mobile app.
The summary cards
The top of the page has a set of cards. Print the page with the Print button if you need a copy.
Organisation. Your business name, website, location and industry from your company profile.
Is account active? Shows how many days ago the account was last used, and the date. "Used" means the latest of any lead activity (not automatic system entries) and any user's last login. If that was within the last 7 days you see We are Good. Otherwise you see Needs attention.
Is usage good? Shows the Usage Level for the last 30 days, the number of users, and three figures:
| Figure | Meaning |
|---|---|
| PU | Users who did something on a lead in the last 30 days |
| PD | Days with activity in the last 30 days |
| L30 | Number of activities in the last 30 days |
The level is Low, Medium or High based on activities per active person: 20 or more is Medium, and 100 or more is High.
Registration data. The date you registered, the account age in days and years, and the answers given at sign-up for how you manage leads and your main challenge.
Plan. Your plan name, with a Trial badge if you are on a trial. It also shows how many times you have paid, the last payment amount, date and method, the date the account expires and the days left, and the status, Enabled or Expired. A Total paid line adds up paid invoices, and a currency switch lets you view it in your base currency, per currency (Native), or in one chosen currency. For plan details, see plans, seats and usage.
Records insights. Active lists, active leads, leads with an assignment, leads with an assignment and a follow-up date, and deleted leads. Active leads exclude archived and deleted leads.
Contact info. The account contact's name, email, phone and WhatsApp number.
Business insights. Type of business (B2B, B2C, C2C, B2BC or Internal), business size (MNC, Md Size, Sml Biz, Micro or One-person) and website. Click Add or Edit to change them. Changing the website here also updates the website on your company profile.
Key settings & integrations. Quick status of list based access rights (ON or OFF) and auto-distribution. Click See more to add lead lock and duplicate check to the list. Auto-distribution shows In use when at least one active list uses an assignment rule other than a single user.

Frequently asked questions
Who can open Account Insights?
Only the Account Owner and Managers. L1 and L2 users see a message that Account Insights is available to account admins.
How is the usage level worked out?
It looks at the last 30 days. Leadnote divides the number of activities on leads by the number of people who did something. Under 20 per person is Low, 20 to 99 is Medium, and 100 or more is High.
Why does it say Needs attention?
The last activity or login in the account was more than 7 days ago. Any activity or sign-in brings it back to We are Good.
