Reports
Data Analytics - lead analysis reports in Leadnote
Use Data Analytics to follow your own leads, follow-ups and annual target, and to compare leads by source, stage, potential and user across the team.
Data Analytics turns your leads into charts and short tables. Open Reports, then Data Analytics. The top tabs are My Leads Analysis, All Leads Analysis, Other MIS Reports and Team / User Analysis. L1 and L2 users get My Leads Analysis only. Owners and Managers get all four.
My Leads Analysis
This tab covers the leads assigned to you. It has three inner tabs.
Take Actions
These tiles do not depend on a timeline.
- Total Leads Assigned: all your assigned leads that are not archived. Click it to open the lead list.
- Today: Follow ups due today and Lapsed Follow ups due before today.
- Follow ups Planned: follow-ups dated tomorrow or later, in three tiles named after your first starting stage, your first Won stage and your first Lost stage.
The tiles link to the calendar.
Lead Statistics
Pick a period in Select timeline: This Week, Current Month, Last Month, Current Year, Last Year or All. Weeks run from Sunday to Saturday.
- The Last Week tiles always look at the past 7 days: Customers (your leads in a Won stage that were updated), Leads Captured (leads assigned to you that were created) and Leads Comments (comments you posted).
- The charts cover your assigned leads that were created in the chosen period: Leads by source, Age in stage, Leads by stage, Leads by potential, Leads by customer group and Leads by product group.
Age in stage groups leads by days since their last update: 0-7, 8-14, 15-30, 31-60 and 60+ days. Leads without a value for a chart appear as Not set.
Target statistics
This tab compares your sales with your yearly target.
- New customers during the current year: your leads in a Won stage that were updated since 1 January.
- Sales revenue during the current year: the deal sizes of those leads, added up in your base currency. This is based on the deal size on the lead, not on invoices.
- A ring shows the percentage of the Annual sales target achieved, with the amount still to achieve, or "Congrats! Target exceeded".
A Sales revenue currency switch lets you view the revenue in Native or one chosen currency. The target and the remaining amount stay in the base currency. If no target is set, the page asks you to have a manager or supervisor set it in your user profile. In Settings, Users, an Owner or Manager edits the user and fills Annual sales target.
All Leads Analysis
For Owners and Managers. It covers every lead created in the chosen timeline that is not archived or deleted.
- Tables for the top and bottom five product groups and customer groups by lead count.
- Leads added over time: one point per day for ranges up to about two months, one per month for longer ones.
- Donut charts by source, potential and stage, and a Pipeline funnel.
- Bar charts: Customer groups vs leads and Product groups vs leads.
Other MIS Reports
Also for Owners and Managers, with the same timeline picker. It compares users:
- Leads per user (by assignee) and Lead share by user.
- Top lead generators: people who created the most leads, top five.
- Top customer generators: assignees with the most leads now in a Won stage, top five.
- Users vs sources, Users vs stages and Users vs potential as stacked bars.
- Team activity by weekday and hour: a heat map of activity on leads in your time zone, excluding automatic system entries.
Leads with no assignee are grouped under Unassigned.
Team / User Analysis
This tab shows a short note and an Open Team Performance button. It has no charts of its own. Per-person numbers live in the Team Performance report.
Print and mobile
Use Print at the top right of the page. There is no CSV export for Data Analytics. See export and print reports.
Data Analytics is a web report. The mobile app lists it under "More reports on the web" and opens it in your browser. For stage and potential counts across lists, see the dashboard.
Frequently asked questions
Why do I only see My Leads Analysis?
The other tabs show data for the whole team and are meant for Owners and Managers. L1 and L2 users see only their own analysis.
Where do I set my annual sales target?
An Owner or Manager sets it in Settings, Users, by editing your user and filling Annual sales target. Until then Target statistics shows a message.
Can I export Data Analytics?
No. The page has a Print button but no CSV export. Use Team Performance or the Activity Report if you need a file.
